Mary Anne is an experienced Human Resources and Risk Governance professional with 15+ years’ international experience supporting organisations in complex, regulated, and multicultural environments. A Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP) with a BA in Management, she operates at senior and board-support level, strengthening workforce governance, compliance, and organisational culture.

With experience across corporate services, security operations, and multinational organisations in the Middle East and Asia, Mary Anne specialises in practical HR systems, internal audits, and people-focused compliance. She is known for building trusted teams, supporting leaders, and creating stable, fair workplaces where people can perform with confidence.
