A Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP) with a BA in Management, she operates at senior and board-support level, strengthening workforce governance, compliance, and organisational culture.

With experience across corporate services, security operations, and multinational organisations in the Middle East and Asia, Mary Anne specialises in practical HR systems, internal audits, and people-focused compliance. She is known for building trusted teams, supporting leaders, and creating stable, fair workplaces where people can perform with confidence.

With extensive expertise managing and supervising the multinational companies, he is able to provide strategic guidance on resilience, operational continuity, and security governance.

Drawing on a strong background in military operations, corporate security, and emergency preparedness, he has worked across oil & gas sectors in large-scale operations throughout the Iraq.
